Charlie really made a difference to the back pain I was experiencing thanks to lifting a heavy baby. Within just a couple of sessions there was a huge improvement and she suggested lots of ways I could avoid placing undue strain on the muscles, to help prevent it recurring. I'm also now armed with a great repertoire of simple exercises which help keep my back and shoulders in order and things are feeling a lot looser and happier! Charlie made me feel at ease, was very thorough and attentive and she was wonderfully patient with my baby boy who kept demanding my attention. It was great to feel she really understood the demands of motherhood and keeping up an active lifestyle and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Charlie was amazing this morning at helping me see a way through my back pain!  I might have had painkillers from the doctor but without Charlie's direction I was still feeling very sore and glum.  We set up an appointment online and Charlie was wonderfully warm, attentive and clear when giving me exercises which would help.  5 hours later and after following her advice my back is feeling looser already.  Thank you so much Charlie!!
